CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVE
Girl Scouts of Utah is joining with GSUSA and councils across the nation in a new way of engaging and communicating with volunteers, families and girl members. The project is called the Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) and it's all about Girl Scouts becoming more customer friendly!
A few things to look for THIS month:
*A new tab on our website called MyGS. This will be the new way to access member profile information, renew membership, and access the Volunteer Toolkit (for Troop Leaders).
* Username and password credentials for MyGS will be emailed to all members the first week in November. PLEASE CHECK FOR THIS EMAIL FROM GSUSA AND LOGIN BEFORE THE LINK EXPIRES!
* For the time, members will have TWO logins. One for the Volunteer Toolkit and member profile and a separate one to register for events, programs, camp, and training. This will all be merged into one login later in 2016,BUT FOR NOW WE SUGGEST CREATING THE SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR BOTH SO THAT IT WILL BE EASY TO REMEMBER.
